Neighborhood Dispute Settlement (NDS) is the only community based mediation center serving the people of Central Pennsylvania living in Dauphin and Cumberland Counties. Neighborhood Dispute Settlement provides training and education in conflict resolution and provides mediation services with little or no cost to the consumer.
